Facts About Acne

I first ran across this egg yolk acne cure while doing a google search for acne remedies or something of that sort. I first looked at it and thought it was someone just trying to make a quick buck by selling some quack system. Unlike other systems I have tried and recommend, this system had little scientific validation and seemed to me to be an old wives tale.

The process goes something like this:

You get an egg yolk, a half cup of milk, and one cup of flour. Man it sounds like we are about to make a cake, but sadly no we are getting rid of acne. A few other ingredients such as lime and vinegar are also encouraged.

After speaking with several people who actually tried the egg yolk acne cure method, I found that results were mixed. About 70% of the people said they had a positive experience with this type of treatment. I guess we really would need to define exactly what “positive experience” means, but for now we will just say it was a moderate success.

The only thing that worries me about this method is that it has reports of being painful, and you have to leave the mask on for one hour a day, five days a week. This seems excessive, and would not fit in well with a lot of peoples schedules. If you do have the time I would say give this method an honest try, and do not give up. Some of the people I talked to said it may take at least 2 months before you see a real effect.

In my opinion that is the only problem, the results are so slow! What if there was a faster method of getting rid of acne, would you be interested?
